Q: Can you send me a receipt?

A: A receipt is automatically emailed to you at the time you place your order. This receipt will contain your unique order number and full details of your order. We email receipts and include them with all packages or deliveries.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: No, we do not print a catalog. Our prices constantly change on a daily basis to keep them as competitive as possible. So if a catalog was printed it would constantly be out of date for thousands of products. All of our products can be found online in this website.

Q: Can i get a sample before ordering large quantity?

Yes you may.

A small sample order that meet our Min. of $30.00.

We will send you each style that we have in stock that you want from our scarf categories.

Q: Do I have to order online?

A: The quickest and most secure way is to order your product online. We do though have a sales line that you can Email between 8am and 5pm south Korea Time. Please be sure to have the Item Model Name/number asnd quatity that you want to order ready. We accept every major credit and debit card, as well as Paypal.

Q: Has my order been successful?

A: After you hit the "CHECK OUT" button you will receive a message on the next screen confirming your order number and that the order has been successful. You will also receive an email as confirmation that the order has been placed. This email is your receipt from us too. You will then receive further communication from us regarding the shipment of your order.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: We ship either via EMS/ UPS / FedEx / DHL / Post Office / depends on location.

And it takes 3 to 14 business days dependng on your location anywhere in the world for international orders.

Process Of Delivery & Shipping Fee

All orders will be sent out during weekday except during public holiday via normal Korea Post or if you choose EMS

Order will be sent out on the same day if the sales order payment is received prior to 11a.m.

To ensure speedy and punctual delivery of package, please provide the correct/detail address, city, state and country

For inter-bank payment, the order will only be delivered once the transaction of payment is complete which usually takes about 3 working days.
